Official Voting Rules & Guidelines

These Official Fan Voting Rules & Guidelines for Beast Games Season 3 (“Contest”) Fan Vote (these “Official Voting Rules”) govern fan voting for Beast Games Season 3 (“Fan Voting”). Participation in Fan Voting is subject to these Official Voting Rules, and the Momentum Showdowns, LLC (“Momentum”) Terms of Service (the “BG Terms of Service”) and Privacy Policy (the “BG Privacy Policy”), which are both incorporated by reference. These Official Voting Rules, the BG Terms of Service, and BG Privacy Policy are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Momentum. Telescope Digital, Inc. (“Administrator”) and Momentum are referenced herein as the “Beast Games Fan Vote Entities”.
1. Eligibility
At the time of voting, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, cannot be a contestant for Beast Games Season 3, and cannot be an employee, agent, or representative of any of the Beast Game Fan Vote Entities or any of their parent companies, affiliates, or related companies.
2. Voting Methods, Availability and Limits
Subject to these Official Voting Rules, you may submit votes during the Official Fan Voting Window, detailed below.
Fan Voting will give you the opportunity to cast your vote to select the individual to represent your country in Beast Games Season 3. You may only vote for contestants who represent your own country. The applicable country and list of contestants visible to you will be determined based on your geolocation at the time of voting. Fan Voting availability is subject to certain geographic restrictions.* If there is only one (1) candidate in a particular country, then the votes for that country will excluded.
You may cast votes during the Official Voting Window (see below) at the voting website https://beastgames.votenow.tv/. To vote, you must first register by providing a valid e-mail address, your first and last name, and date of birth. You may also opt-in to receive marketing communications from Beast Games. By submitting your vote, you confirm your acceptance of these Official Voting Rules and your acknowledgement of the BG Privacy Policy. Fan Voting is limited to one (1) vote for the duration of the campaign per e-mail address (“Fan Voting Limit”). All fan votes must be cast by the authorized account holder of the email address.
3. Official Voting Window
Fan Voting may only take place during the Official Voting Window, as specified in these Official Voting Rules. Momentum may modify the Official Voting Window at any time in its sole discretion.
The Official Voting Window for all supported geographic regions, will open on April 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and will remain open through 12:00 PM ET May 1, 2026 (the “Official Voting Window”).
4. Winners Selection
All votes will be tabulated confidentially by the Administrator and delivered to Momentum at the close of the Official Voting Window.
While the contestant who receives the highest number of valid votes, as determined by the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities in accordance with these Official Voting Rules, will be considered for winner selection, the final winners may be determined by Momentum based on additional criteria. These criteria may include, but are not limited to, successful completion of all required background and medical checks; limitations, review, or additional approvals for contestants from certain countries; ensuring proper representation of the voting public, gender equality among contestants, and integrity of the voting process; and otherwise meeting the eligibility requirements to compete in the Contest.
Momentum reserves the right, in its sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Voting Rules, to make the final determination for all winners. In the event two (2) or more nominees receive the same number of votes, or if other factors warrant consideration under these rules, Momentum may select the winner(s) in its discretion.
5. Conditions for Voting
By participating in Fan Voting, you agree to be bound by these Official Voting Rules, the BG Terms of Service, and the BG Privacy Policy. You expressly agree you will not use any unofficial, third-party services to cast votes on your or any third party’s behalf. Use of any device to automate a vote is prohibited, including, but not limited to, software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated votes (“Automated Votes”).
The Beast Games Fan Vote Entities reserve the right, but are not obligated, to disqualify, block, or remove any vote it suspects or finds, in their sole discretion: (i) to be an Automated Vote; (ii) to have resulted from a tampering with the voting process; (iii) to be in violation of these Official Voting Rules; (iv) to hide, bypass, or manipulate geolocation detection (via VPN or otherwise) or use other methods to submit votes for contestants outside of your own country; or (v) to involve unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening or harassing activities. Any individual deemed to have violated these Official Voting Rules, the BG Terms of Service, or the BG Privacy Policy including but not limited to, by offering benefits, compensation, or otherwise trying to give any consideration or incentive to other voters to manipulate the Fan Voting results, may be disqualified and banned from any further participation in Fan Voting and/or the Contest. Any votes resulting from such prohibited activities may be voided, as determined by the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities in their sole discretion.
6. Release; Disclaimers
The Beast Games Fan Vote Entities and each of their respective direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities and persons, and each of their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, managers, members, contractors, and their respective successors, licensees and assigns, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Fan Voting and these Official Voting Rules (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: difficulties, failures or malfunctions of computers, phones (including wireless phones/handsets) tablets and/or other devices, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable networks, applications or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission, communication or report; traffic congestion or for any technical or other problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.
If for any reason Fan Voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical or reporting failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Fan Voting, the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to take any action they deem appropriate or to withdraw the transmission of any vote, but are in no way obligated to do so. Furthermore, the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities may, but are not obligated to, permanently disqualify from any voting any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Voting Rules, and terminate and/or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking, failures, errors, misuse or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical or reporting difficulties with the voting method, including, but not limited to, mobile or Internet service interruptions, the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any action they deem appropriate, including, without limitation, voiding all votes cast during the time period in which such technical or reporting difficulties occurred, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical or reporting difficulties occurred with such method, and/or removing such method of voting altogether and relying only on other voting methods, but are in no way obligated to do so. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to contestants, voters, or to any person’s computer or other property relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials, applications or software in connection with this vote, or otherwise participating in this voting. The Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription or reporting of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes or reports that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, or undelivered. By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold the Released Parties, and each of them, harmless against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of such individual’s participation in the voting.
The Beast Games Fan Vote Entities will also take commercially reasonable steps where practicable to enforce the restrictions set forth in the Official Voting Rules. All of the rules set forth herein are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at https://beastgames.com/vote-rules.html.
Caution: Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Beast Games Fan Vote Entities reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
These Official Voting Rules, and all matters arising out of or relating to these Official Voting Rules and/or Fan Voting, shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Official Voting Rules or Fan Voting shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Pitt County in the State of North Carolina. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue shall be held in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding. Except where prohibited, all voters further agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Voting Rules or Fan Voting, including, but not limited to, the determination of the nominees, finalists, or winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with voting, not to exceed $50, but in no event including attorneys’ fees.
8. Waiver and Severability
The Beast Games Fan Vote Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Voting Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision in these Official Voting Rules be deemed void, invalid, illegal, unenforceable or inoperative, such invalid, illegal, unenforceable or inoperative section or provision shall not affect any other section or provision hereof, and the remainder of these Official Voting Rules shall be effective as though such void, invalid, illegal, unenforceable or inoperative section or provision had not been contained herein. The Beast Games Fan Vote Entities are not responsible for any damages to voter’s device(s) that may occur from voting.

You participate in this Fan Voting process at your own risk. Fan Voting requires an internet connection. Standard data rates may apply.
